Please read the following instructions carefully before applying for Pass Application :-

1. The following documents are required for Temporary and Permanent Cargo Entry Pass in case of EXAM area:

(i) Request letter for issue of Cargo Entry Pass in letter head of company addressed to AGM DIAL Security, IGI Cargo Terminal.
(ii) Pass application form (To be downloaded from https://cargopassdial.in).
(iii) Appointment Letter.
(iv) Copy of Govt ID proof such as Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving Licence/Passport.
(v) One recent coloured photograph with white background Passport size and covering 70% of face.
(vi) Police verification/pass port valid for 3 years’ form date of issuance.
(vii) Copy of valid Customs Broker License
(viii) Valid customs card (F card/G card/ H card/ Self card)
(ix) Bill of entry / Shipping Bill.
(x) Old pass Copy
(xi) Courier Registration (For EICI Terminal Only.)

(i) Request letter for issue of Cargo Entry Pass in letter head of company addressed to AGM DIAL Security, IGI Cargo Terminal.
(ii) Pass application form (To be downloaded from https://cargopassdial.in).
(iii) Appointment Letter.
(iv) Govt ID proof such as Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving Licence/Passport.
(v) One recent coloured photograph with white background Passport size and covering 70% of face.
(vi) Police verification/pass port valid for 3 years’ form date of issuance.
(vii) IATA Certificate of accreditation and latest AWB (Air way bill) or Consol registration and latest AWB (Air Way Bill).
(viii) Old Pass.

(i) Request letter for issue of Cargo Entry Pass in letter head of company addressed to AGM DIAL Security, IGI Cargo Terminal.
(ii) Pass application form (To be downloaded from https://cargopassdial.in).
(iii) Appointment Letter.
(iv) Govt ID proof such as Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving Licence/Passport.
(v) One recent coloured photograph with white background Passport size and covering 70% of face
(vi) Police verification/pass port valid for 3 years’ form date of issuance.
(vii) Customs Broker License and Bill of Entry / Shipping Bill or Certificate of accreditation IATA and latest AWB (Air way bill) in case of CHAs only.
(viii) Copy of Old Pass.
(ix) Courier registration (For EICI Terminal Only).

In case the scanned copy of any of the documents, mentioned above is not clear/legible, then application is liable to be rejected.

2. Please provide valid Email id to receive Email from portal and updates regarding approval and rejection of application.

3. Please provide valid WhatsApp Number to receive WhatsApp notifications from portal and updates regarding approval and rejection of application.

(Please also bring all originals for verification)
