3. Everyone must have scanned copy of Agency Recommendation Letter/Valid Custom Letter/AWB Copy/Airline Ticket.

4. Please provide valid Email id to receive Email from portal and updates regarding approval and rejection of application.

5. Please provide valid WhatsApp Number to receive WhatsApp notifications from portal and updates regarding approval and rejection of application.

(Original documents to be presented by the visitor at the counter/gate for verification)
